Software Engineer III, Full Stack, Google Cloud

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
Experience developing accessible technologies.

Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Finance team enables Google Cloud's growth by delivering and managing seamless, scalable, and efficient order-to-cash systems and processes.
Google Cloud's scale and the variety of its offerings create unique and complex challenges in the O2C space. This requires innovative solutions blending Google's own first-party ordering and revenue recognition systems and third-party enterprise systems like SAP. The team collaborates cross-functionally with Google Cloud's Ordering and Finance users and teams within GCBP, enabling key outcomes critical in growing Cloud 10x. GCBP Finance O2C team offers a unique opportunity to work on a business-critical transformation that has a direct and significant impact on Google Cloud's success.

Responsibilities
Write product or system development code.
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
