Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Strapi CMS Developer role based in Gurgaon. The Strapi CMS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining content-driven applications using Strapi, integrating APIs and web services, and ensuring secure and scalable back-end architecture. Daily activities include collaborating with product, design, and content teams to implement new features, customizing Strapi content models, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues across environments. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, maintaining documentation, and supporting deployment and release processes in alignment with Star Health’s digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Software Development, including building and maintaining back-end services and APIs.
Experience with Content Management systems and workflows, preferably headless CMS platforms such as Strapi.
Knowledge of JCR or similar content repository concepts for structured content storage and retrieval.
Hands-on experience with Web Services (REST/JSON) and related integration patterns.
Familiarity with Jakarta EE or similar enterprise Java frameworks for scalable application development.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js; experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and API versioning.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
Prior experience in insurance, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise platforms is an advantage.
