This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.
Build reusable components and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices
Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Contribute to code reviews and actively participate in technical discussions.
Apply strong problem-solving skills and DSA concepts to develop efficient solutions.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
4+ years of experience in frontend/web application development using React.js.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, frontend architecture, and modern web development practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in React.js.
Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
