Assistant Manager - Talent Management

SCOPE OF WORK
You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, governance, and execution of centrally driven Talent Management initiatives across organizational levels and zones. Your work will build organizational capability, foster leadership growth, and catalyze a high-performance culture, collaborating closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to drive succession planning, leadership development, and career growth.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Talent Management Execution
Designing & implementing various talent management programs for different Talent groups like Hi-potential identification, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Talent Profiles, career paths etc
Talent Analytics & Insights:
Utilize HR data and analytics to assess talent trends, identify risks/opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
Prepare reports and dashboards on talent metrics, succession readiness, and engagement.
Leadership Development:
Design, manage, and measure leadership development programs tailored to emerging and senior leaders.
Facilitate leadership assessments and development plans to strengthen leadership pipelines.
Assessment & Development Centres:
Design in-house customised ADC’s for different talent groups
Design and govern the development journey of these talent groups and enable their career growth
Campus Engagement & Development program:
Design and implement development journeys/plans for campus trainees.
Implement and govern these development plans with proper effectiveness metrics
