Facilities Maintenance & Operations
Plan and execute annual maintenance for critical systems such as HVAC and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
Perform routine office maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Manage and maintain office equipment, including copiers, coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, and pantry appliances
Oversee maintenance and management of gym facilities and equipment
Manage office assets, including furniture and other physical infrastructure
Workplace & Administration Management
Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate periodic services such as carpet cleaning and office sanitization
Manage office greenery and seasonal decorations
Maintain company vehicle records and oversee parking space management
Safety & Compliance
Act as the Fire Safety Manager and develop fire protection plans
Organize and lead emergency response teams in compliance with local regulations
Conduct safety training and emergency drills for employees
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
Projects & Support
Support office relocation planning and execution
Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional projects as needed
