Client Service Specialist/Analyst

As a Client Service Specialist within Market Operations, Futures and Derivatives Clearing Operations, you support clients through the futures and options trade lifecycle from trade breaks through position and expiry management. You partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly, use data to strengthen the operational client experience, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You represent the team with professionalism, accountability, and inclusive service standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve client and team escalations in a timely manner and communicate outcomes with clarity and ownership.
Build client trust by delivering proactive, consistent engagement and a high-quality service experience.
Manage daily position and expiry activities while supporting the full clearing trade lifecycle.
Investigate trade breaks and respond to futures and options product queries with accuracy and appropriate urgency.
Leverage client data platforms to assess operational performance indicators and present insights to clients to influence behaviors and outcomes.
Coordinate global internal partners to solve client-specific and broader operational issues, including chairing meetings and driving action follow-through.
Represent the operations team to cross-functional partners, including sales, execution, and account management.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
Demonstrate client service experience supported by derivatives knowledge.
Show hands-on experience with tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, and Tableau.
Demonstrate exposure to futures and options products and the associated clearing trade lifecycle.
Hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies that support process improvement and operational excellence.
