ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our Distribution Centre as Holiday Casual DC Team Members during our busiest time of the year for our day shift! We have a wide range of warehouse roles available over the next couple of months within our DC.
By applying, you will be considered for roles across the below departments:
Inbound: Our Inbound department is where it all begins! You'll assist in unloading containers filled with stock, helping ensure our products are ready for customers to shop online or in-store.
Pick: Walking up to 10-20k steps per day and lifting cartons up to 10-15kg, our goal is to pick orders and prepare them with speed and care while having some fun along the way.
Ecommerce: Our Online department helps deliver the products our customers love to doorsteps around the world, and you’ll help ensure every order is picked, packed and processed with care.
Within all roles, you'll support your team and other functions to keep operations running smoothly by following Safe Operating Procedures and using the correct systems and equipment. Team members may work across a variety of departments depending on operational needs, providing a great opportunity to build new skills and gain experience across different areas of the warehouse. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail
Previous picking experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial
Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 15kg
Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift
Great team player
AVAILABILITY
We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary
Our Day Shift Team are rostered on 06:00AM - 6:00PM with the potential of staggered start times.
