Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities in alignment with company policies. This role will support HR management by administering employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, coordinating performance management activities, and assisting in HR policy implementation and compliance. The specialist will collaborate with managers to address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and contribute to training and development coordination. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close interaction with internal stakeholders and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR operations.
Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and standard HR procedures.
Experience in administering Employee Benefits and managing related documentation and communication.
Skills in Personnel Management, including handling employee records, queries, and relationship management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HRIS or HR software and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
