Role Description The Interior Design Lead at NoBroker.com will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to final execution and handover. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, creating design proposals and mood boards, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. The Interior Design Lead will be responsible for selecting furniture, finishes, and FF&E, aligning designs with budget and timelines, and maintaining design standards that reflect NoBroker.com’s brand and customer expectations. The role also includes supervising junior designers, conducting site visits, resolving design and execution issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a focus on residential and modern urban spaces.
Proficiency in Furniture selection and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) coordination for functional and aesthetic outcomes.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional internal teams.
Hands-on experience with design tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and the ability to read and create technical drawings.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven track record leading interior projects from concept to completion, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-enabled environment.
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, current design trends, and local vendors/contractors in Bengaluru.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving client needs.
