The Role: Lead Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and partnering closely with Hiring Managers to build high-performing teams

What You'll Do
Understand hiring requirements and partner with Hiring Managers to define the right candidate profile.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate closure.
Source and engage relevant candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and role fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to collect feedback and move candidates efficiently through the process.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring data.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Strong stakeholder and Hiring Manager management experience.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms and tools.
