Job Summary
This role involves working as a Senior Associate in Data and Machine Learning Engineering focusing on developing and optimizing advanced analytics solutions. The candidate will leverage their expertise in AP development and domain knowledge in Support Functions and Life and Annuities Insurance to drive impactful results. The position follows a hybrid work model with day shifts and requires proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven solutions using advanced programming techniques to support business objectives in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data patterns and insights that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
Design test and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems and improve predictive analytics capabilities.
Provide technical expertise in AP development to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and systems within existing workflows.
Optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure high performance and scalability of analytics solutions.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving support functions within the organization.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and monitoring processes.
Document technical processes and solutions to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in data engineering and machine learning to continuously enhance solutions.

Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in AP development with hands-on experience in building and optimizing analytics solutions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Support Functions and Life and Annuities Insurance domains ensuring relevance in data-driven strategies.
Exhibit proficiency in designing and deploying machine learning models to address business challenges effectively.
