As a Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable reporting to the Manager, Central Purchasing, you'll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing Nasdaq's procure-to-pay operations. You'll manage purchase requisitions, partner with stakeholders and vendors across the organization, help ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and the overall purchasing experience.

You'll have the opportunity to work extensively with Coupa, a leading procurement platform, drive process improvements, and help strengthen purchasing operations across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process by reviewing purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Partner with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing, invoicing, and PO-related issues while delivering a seamless procurement experience.
Provide guidance and training to end users on procurement processes and purchasing best practices to support efficient and compliant operations.
Analyze purchasing and operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate across Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and business teams to enhance procurement tools, strengthen controls and documentation, and support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Clear and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and other tools used for analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and accounts payable processes, including procure-to-pay best practices and controls.
Experience working in a shared services environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and business functions.
Exposure to global, cross-functional teams and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic organization.
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
