Role Overview
The Officer, Client Data Operations and MDM Stewardship will support operational management of client, intermediary, account, relationship, hierarchy and contractual data across MDM, CRM and related client data platforms. The role is responsible for stewardship workflows, match and merge review, duplicate resolution, hierarchy maintenance, data quality exception management and business-facing support.
The role will help establish trusted client data assets through controlled stewardship, clear ownership, strong issue management and direct engagement with business data stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
MDM Stewardship
Review and resolve match and merge candidates
Investigate duplicate, conflicting or incomplete client records
Validate survivorship decisions and document stewardship rationale
Client Data Operations
Support client, intermediary, account, relationship, territory and contracting entity data maintenance
Validate new and changed records across source and consuming systems
Coordinate remediation with business, technology and data governance partners
Hierarchy and Relationship Management
Maintain client, intermediary and relationship hierarchy data
Validate parent-child relationships and related business ownership structures
Support business review and approval of hierarchy changes
Exception Queue and Business Support
Monitor stewardship queues, tickets and business requests
Triage issues based on business priority, data risk and SLA expectations
Track issue aging, recurring issues and remediation outcomes
Additional Skills
Strong Experience In:
MDM stewardship, client data operations, CRM operations or reference data management
Match and merge review, survivorship, golden record maintenance and duplicate resolution
Client hierarchy, relationship and account data management
Data quality issue management, workflow queues and operational controls
Business stakeholder support across Sales, Distribution, Relationship Management, Compliance and Operations
Qualifications
Core Experience
5+ years of experience in client data operations, MDM stewardship, CRM operations, data quality, data governance or financial services operations
Experience with client master data or Salesforce-related operating models preferred
Technical and Functional Expertise
Understanding of client master data, account data, hierarchies, relationships, match and merge and stewardship workflows
Experience with MDM, CRM, workflow, data quality, Excel or reporting tools preferred
Ability to assess data conflicts and document stewardship decisions clearly
Leadership and Soft Skills
Strong service orientation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate complex data issues in clear business language
Strong control discipline, accuracy and documentation habits
Education
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Data Management, Information Systems or related field
Equivalent professional experience may be considered
Additional requirements
Hybrid model (min. 3 days per week in the office)
Minimum Salary:
zł132 000 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
