Operations Specialist
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Warehouse & Distribution team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient order processing, transportation coordination, inventory accuracy, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily order processing and warehouse activities.
Manage inbound, outbound, and dispatch operations.
Coordinate delivery routes and transportation schedules with approved carriers.
Support urgent and same-day deliveries when needed.
Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements.
Monitor packaging material availability and stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate operational records and system data.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Good computer skills and ability to work with operational systems.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent Greek
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics.
Forklift certification or experience.
English language skills.
