Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Developer role based in Ahmednagar. The Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned with client and business requirements. Daily activities include writing clean, efficient code; reviewing and refactoring existing code; debugging and resolving technical issues; and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, QA, and DevOps. The role involves participating in technical discussions, contributing to solution design and architecture, and ensuring adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks. The Developer is also expected to continuously learn new technologies, contribute to documentation, and support deployment and release activities as needed.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in software development with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with web or backend frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular) and familiarity with RESTful APIs or microservices.
Knowledge of databases and data management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, query optimization).
Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues in a collaborative environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing secure, maintainable, and performant code.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, agile or scrum teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML or data engineering concepts is an advantage.
Prior experience in enterprise or product engineering environments is beneficial.
