Job Description -
Ø
Responsible for business growth, new
customer acquisition, customer service, overall branch operations &
compliance.
Ø
Drives field marketing and continuous
customer acquisition & engagement in catchment area to meet branch targets
for gold loans and other financial products.
Ø
Maintains portfolio quality by tracking
gold quality and ROI.
Ø
Ensures valuation, process compliance,
timely system approvals for loans.
Ø
Coordinates with audit teams; maintains
registers and displays.
Ø
Follows up for interest collections to
control NPAs; handles auctions.
Ø
Monitors team's activities across gold
loans, cash, documents, leads generated and new customer acquisition.
Ø
Coaches, mentors, and trains team;
provides timely feedback and motivation.
Ø
Maintains branch infrastructure and
hygiene standards.
Desired
Candidate Profile -
Ø
Candidate with minimum 5
Years of experience in Banking & Financial services can be looked at for
the role.
Ø
Prior Gold Loan & Team Handling experience will be preferred.
In
summary, the Branch Manager oversees end-to-end branch operations, business
growth, compliance, portfolio quality and team performance. Key
responsibilities include operational management, business acquisition and
collections, compliance and infrastructure upkeep, team leadership and
motivation.
CTC Upto 4.8 Lacs (for Non-Metro) / 6.60 Lacs (for Metro)
