Role Description The Quality Control Executive intern will support the monitoring and improvement of service quality across Swiggy’s platforms in a remote work setup. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing operational data, identifying quality issues, and assisting in the implementation of quality control and assurance processes. The intern will help conduct checks on defined quality parameters, support calibration exercises for service evaluations, and prepare concise reports and documentation. This internship role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, suggest process improvements, and contribute to a consistent and reliable customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven quality decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to help maintain and improve service standards.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and Calibration capabilities where applicable, especially for standardized testing or measurement processes.
Relevant skills such as attention to detail, problem-solving, and basic proficiency with spreadsheets or data tools are beneficial.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in engineering, quality management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate with diverse teams is essential.
