Platform Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions focusing on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog). Develop and configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows. Customize and maintain the Service Catalog, optimizing items and workflows for better usability and user adoption. System Integration & Architecture: Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Implement security policies using Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, and groups. Maintenance & Support: Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and troubleshoot platform performance issues. Manage version upgrades, patch installations, and system cloning. Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, simplify complex workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Maintain detailed technical documentation and assist in user training activities.
