Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution processes, implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should possess strong business process knowledge and hands-on SAP SD configuration experience.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and map them to SAP SD solutions.
Configure and support Sales Order Management, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
Work on order-to-cash (OTC) business processes.
Configure customer master data, sales organizations, distribution channels, and partner determination.
Handle pricing procedures, output determination, and availability checks.
Coordinate with business users during workshops, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, WM/EWM, PP, FI, and CRM.
Analyze and resolve production support issues and service requests.
