Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules based on business needs.
Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
Configure business processes, security roles, and organizational structures.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and system functionality.
Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training sessions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and related functional modules.
Knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Absence, or Talent Management modules is preferred.
Experience with Workday reporting and EIBs.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Workday certification is an added advantage.
