Job Responsibilities:**
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products within the designated territory.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and increase product penetration.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
* Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and stockists to promote products and gather market intelligence.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular feedback to management.
* Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers within the assigned territory.
* Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, expense reports, and other required documentation.
* Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and product launches as required.
* Manage product samples, promotional materials, and other sales tools effectively.
* Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare industry dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
