What you’ll do
This two-year program offers a unique opportunity to develop:
Analytical and introduction to leadership skillsContinuous improvement and risk management mindsetCollaboration and client-centric behaviorsDiscipline and excellence on executionKnowledge in the financial services industry and OperationsYou will get hands-on experience working with teams across Operations to manage processes and services that enables our businesses to deliver an enhanced client experience and reach our goals of reduced risk and efficient operations. Roles may vary according to location and skillset but will provide opportunities to make an impact in one or more of the following areas: operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization.

You must fulfill the following criteria:
Be in your final year of university (Graduation in 2026)Pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or other related degreesAchieve a [3:1/ GPA of 4.0] or aboveSponsorship for work authorization not required in your location at any time
