Job Description
Goal of the position: Coordinating efforts to strengthen customer support and stabilize business performance for dedicated EMEA regions/clusters.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Being first point of contact for Region HRMs and EMEA Business HR Managers
2. Being responsible for Mass Data Uploads for dedicated regions
3. Having extended WD correction access for dedicated regions
4. Further layer of escalation for complex Case Resolution for the regions
5. Handling major organizational changes in Regional Operation Committees
6. Regular Country Calls and Rhythm to ensure gaps identified and actions addressed
7. Act as Knowledge Building and Training COE/SME for dedicated regions
8. Delivering projects for the regions for processes, partnership and service improvement
9. Act as Transition Leader for service migration from EMEA and Regions
10. 20% of the time being responsible for regular transactional work

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics
