Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of asset management strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Agent Development.
Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
