In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.
As an Operations Analyst, your role may be in one or more of these areas:
Inventory Operations: Set the operating plan to get the right products to our customers on time; focus on new products ramps and improving cycle times on existing products; work in tandem with manufacturing planning to execute the start plan.
Manufacturing Operations: Ensure start plan execution at factories; analyze factory optimization and monitor product support at key manufacturing sites;.
Customer Operations: Increase customer satisfaction by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chain and implementing optimal supply chain solutions for each site/program/device. Learn customer's end business markets and utilize this knowledge to assist business forecasting and anticipating disruptions.
Logistics: Improving inbound/outbound transportation flows, along with optimizing the network of finished goods between factories and TI product distribution centers, and managing delivery of TI products directly to customers.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
