Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessment and selection activities. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define selection criteria, and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability. The Recruiter will maintain an organized applicant tracking process, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives such as recruitment marketing campaigns and hiring events. The role also includes preparing and extending offers, supporting onboarding activities in collaboration with HR, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and metrics.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment coordination.
Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand role needs, refine job requirements, and make data-informed hiring decisions.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of recruitment best practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and local employment regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant recruiter or HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior recruitment experience in technology, payments, or high-growth organizations is beneficial.
