The role requires overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are executed with precision and reliability. This position demands continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards of control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing phases, contributing to the overall success of the project deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance principles.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
