Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer with extensive experience in software testing methodologies and a strong expertise in Blazemeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing processes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
Utilize Blazemeter to conduct performance testing and analyze results to ensure application scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and improve overall software quality.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability and design.
Document testing processes, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor junior testing team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Blazemeter for performance testing.
Proficient in software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Experience with other performance testing tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing using Blazemeter.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
