highly skilled Lead GENAI Engineer with strong background in Gen AI and agentic AI technologies, lead AI/ML engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence in the development of AI solutions that enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement.Mentor engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.Conduct research on emerging AI tech and trends to inform project direction.Ensure the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders effectively.Exp with machine learning libraries and frameworks.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Experience with cloud platforms.Familiarity with NLP.
