Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in critical production environments with a focus on automation and R&D
Experience with designing and implementing solutions using AI models (discriminative or generative) to automate Production Support activities.
Hands-on experience with Data Lakes and an understanding of ML models
Worked with world-class observability and AIOps suites like Dynatrace Watchdog, Datadog Watchdog, Splunk ITSI, ServiceNow AIOps, PagerDuty, Moog soft and others.
Built large teams to scale within AIOps capabilities and a clear understanding of Delivery outcomes / benefits.
Working knowledge of Guilds, Chapters and the concept of capability building towards a targeted competency in an organization
Architected and estimated AIOps solutions for presales, RFP responses and proactive sales purposes to clients
Public presence in the realm of AI and Production Support via global forums is advantageous.
Knowledge and experience with solutions hosted on Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is mandatory.
Qualification
ITIL certification is mandatory. Achieving Practitioner or Intermediate level certifications are preferred
Solution Architect level certification from any Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure)
Certifications in AI/ML capabilities of Cloud Service Providers is advantageous.
Certifications in ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Datadog and other observability / AIOps tools are key.
Role & Responsibilities
Direct liaison with customers at senior levels, including Exec level to pitch AIOps solutions tailored to their needs.
Work with Cloud Service Provider partners to build an AIOps strategy that works with minimal lead time.
Build the AIOps capability for the organization by curating training programmes, running guilds as well as providing experiential opportunities for team members.
Liaise with Delivery teams to provide direction and technical thought leadership on AIOps engagements while ensuring their continued, measurable success.
Contribute towards R&D and build reusable AIOps assets / accelerators while also ensuring their implementation, packaging, and sale to clients.
Continuously research and create new offerings as well as capabilities in the realm of AIOps with tangible benefits.
Contribute to the global community of AIOps experts and SREs.
Partner with other Competency Heads to architect joint solutions that can use AIOps in their workstreams
