Job Description
Role Scope: Lead the design, development, integration, and support of mobile applications
Core Technology: Specialize in cross-platform development using React Native to deliver scalable iOS and Android applications.
Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and drive capability uplift across the team.
Integration Focus: Design and implement integrations with enterprise services, APIs, and modern identity/authentication platforms.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure all mobile solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and TFA’s broader digital strategy.
Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices, including clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, while actively addressing technical debt.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Solution Architects, and DevOps.
Agile Delivery: Lead technical delivery activities, participate in sprint planning, feature elaboration, and provide technical estimation within SAFe frameworks.
Operational Support: Drive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues, and manage mobile platform upgrades.
Experience Requirements: Requires a degree in IT or a related field, with at least 7 years of software development experience and 5 years specfically in mobile application development.
