RDA HVM Process Engineer

RDA is a specialized role focused on real-time defect analysis. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a strong desire to understand manufacturing processes at a deeper level, and the ability to respond quickly to quality issues within the factory. As an RDA engineer, you will act as a quality advocate and help lead a culture where quality always comes first.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Establish and improve process condition and technology.
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
Establish and modify process management projects.
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and improvement.
Qualified required in basic:
Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
Master's degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
Priority will be given to candidates with relevant RDA experience
Extra Reference of AI skill
Ability to utilize AI tools for defect analysis, process improvement, and decision support.
Willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance manufacturing excellence and quality performance.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working to support defect analysis, process improvement, and decision-making activities.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to improve productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
