Senior Electrical Engineer | Section Head with 10 years and 1 month of experience in heavy continuous-process manufacturing (cement plants up to 6,000 TPD capacity). Proven expertise in power distribution, automated drive protection, and high-availability plant maintenance.
Core Competencies:
Equipment & Mills: VRM, Coal Mill, Ball Mill, Roller Press, Kilns, HT/LT Motors, Slip Ring Assemblies, Pre-Grinding Units.
Protection & Automation: Siemens Sirius Simocode Smart MCCs, ABB Numerical Relays (REM 610, REF 610), Siemens ACBs, Hardware Interlocks.
Maintenance Operations: Preventive Maintenance, Annual Shutdown Execution, Walk-By Condition Monitoring, HT/LT Motor Overhauling.
Plant Management: SAP PM Module, Spares Inventory Management, MTTR Optimization, Vendor Quotation Evaluation.
Adept as Section Head and Shift/Shutdown In-Charge, combining technical execution with operational leadership to ensure zero unplanned downtime
