Project Engineer - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
Planning, Monitoring and Coordination with contractors, design consultants and internal stakeholders like Production, Quality, Purchase, Finance and PMO. Overseeing project implementation, budget tracking, reporting, monitoring and closure of the project.
Key roles and Responsibilities:
Strong communication capabilities, teamwork collaboration, schedule/budget management and project delivery skills will be required. Candidates must have prior experience of setting up of green field and brown field projects complying to USFDA, MHRA.
Manage end-to-end project management cycle (From Conceptualization till Commissioning).
Plan, coordinate, and execute capital and improvement projects.
Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Prepare project reports and present updates to management.
Support IQ, OQ, PQ activities and validation protocols.
Ensure project budget finalization, monitoring & Control of budget and schedule.
Develops a detailed implementation plan in sync with consultants, vendors, internal CFT and execution team in line with the agreed scope and resources.
Managing contracts to ensure compliance from selection through closure.
Track and report progress as required against project deliverables. Ability to plan and supervise the development of technical deliverables.
Knowledge and understanding of cGMP regulatory requirements.
Well-versed in Project Management Skills.
Software Skills: - Prepare schedule in MS-Project.
PMP Certification shall be added Advantage.
Ensure compliance with EHS policies and safety regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
