Include experience in designing AI Native Architecture such as RAG based embeddings, Agentic framework, DataLake experience, SQL, Python
Has worked with GenAI and is aware of fine-tuning models to standardize responses, memory management and building AI integrations with Cloud native AI service such as AWS or Azure
•Actively pursues pure (desktop/paper) and/or applied (proof of concept) research across multiple layers and or disciplines; assists in the deployment of new technologies not previously used
•Must also be considered a subject matter expert in multiple I.S. disciplines (business solutions, systems development, infrastructure area, planning, security) or multiple technology layers (network, computing, operating systems, data, application infrastructure, appliances, business solutions, security, systems management);
•Must apply architecture principles across multiple layers to solve business or technical problems;
•Can assume all Team Leader responsibilities for small teams of people (2-4)
•Keeps abreast of current developments and trends in multiple areas of expertise.
Key Skillsets :
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems preferred or related work experience.
•Minimum 10 years of experience across multiple technology areas with at least 3 years directly related to area of responsibility.
•Must be able to solve technical challenges in critical situations that require immediate resolution.
•Researches requirements to determine system feasibility, costs, benefits, or functional requirements.
•Proficient in problem solving through root cause analysis using industry standard tools.
•Expert in the team's systems and processes and technical lead in technologies related to or dependent on the team.
•Provides direction and technical leadership; creates strong team environment and builds technical skills through training and mentoring.
•Ability to influence Team Leaders, Project Leaders and/or associates in a matrix organization.
•Establish and maintain effective relationships across departments, business areas, and vendors. Excellent interpersonal skills. Seen as credible and trustworthy.
•Ability to multi-task and participate in multiple large and complex efforts or projects.
•Ensure prudent use of the firm’s financial resources.
•Knowledge of brokerage or financial company processes.
•Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work.
•Embraces change and consider different approaches to issues.
•Takes personal responsibility to improve processes and systems.
•Strong understanding of project management concepts. Can lead small efforts while directing 2-4 people.
