Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience managing and optimising paid acquisition campaigns at scale.
Proven ownership of key business metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversions, revenue, and contribution margin/profitability.
Experience with campaign structure, audience segmentation, retargeting, creative testing, landing-page optimisation, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and campaign-performance data.
Ability to partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and business teams to improve acquisition and conversion.
Agency experience is acceptable, provided the candidate has substantial recent in-house experience with D2C or e-commerce brands.
A structured, data-led problem solver who can move quickly, experiment thoughtfully, and take ownership of outcomes.
