Required Skills
Strong experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Strong knowledge and experience in the Financial Services domain.
Good understanding of financial products, processes, and business operations.
Experience in backlog management, prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with onshore stakeholders and distributed teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in large enterprise Agile/SAFe environments.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools.
Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
