Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead strategic planning and execution to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
Strong expertise in project scope definition and deliverable monitoring techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Skilled in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and problem-solving within program environments.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to drive program success.
Additional Information:

This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
