In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations across all departments through effective coordination and implementation of OPs.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance to maximize profitability and ensure cost control.
Guest Satisfaction: Lead service initiatives, respond to feedback, and maintain high guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work with commercial teams to develop strategies that boost occupancy, revenue, and market presence.
Staff Development: Recruit, train, and motivate employees while promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, brand standards, and safety protocols while managing risk and crisis plans.
