TCS Hiring | GCP Data Architect | PAN India | 12 to 18 Years Experience
Join us to architect and build enterprise-scale data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
We are seeking a seasoned GCP Data Architect with deep expertise in Data Platform Architecture, Data Migration, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Client Consulting, along with a proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale GCP implementations.
Experience
12 to 18 years of overall IT experience
4 to 8+ years of hands-on GCP experience
Multiple enterprise-scale GCP Data Platform implementations
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design modern Data Lakehouse / Data Mesh solutions on GCP
Lead end-to-end Data Platform setup including security, governance, networking, IAM, observability, and infrastructure provisioning
Define and execute large-scale data migration strategies from legacy/on-prem platforms to GCP
Design scalable batch, streaming, and API-based ingestion frameworks
Build enterprise-grade data engineering pipelines using GCP services
Establish Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Security Controls
Implement DataOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Platform Automation
Drive Performance Optimization and FinOps initiatives across data platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable data solutions

Programming: Python, PySpark, Beam, SQL
Streaming: Kafka, Pub/Sub

Data Governance: Dataplex, IAM, DLP, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Metadata Management
