Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on GenAI Developer to create AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions utilizing AWS AI services and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and integrating advanced AI solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop GenAI applications using Bedrock and related AWS services, as well as Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
Build conversational AI assistants and enterprise copilots to streamline operations.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
Develop prompt templates and orchestration workflows to optimize AI interactions.
Integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise systems and APIs for seamless functionality.
Build AI agents for task automation to improve efficiency.
Optimize prompts, latency, token usage, and cost for maximum performance.
Implement monitoring, logging, and evaluation mechanisms to ensure system reliability.
Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
Expertise in AI/LLM skills including prompt engineering, RAG implementation, embeddings, vector search, and model evaluation basics.
Expertise in AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
Advanced knowledge of Copilot technologies including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform connectors.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or JavaScript, along with REST APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, Git, and CI/CD.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Service Dev Foundation is a deal breaker.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AI, AWS, or Microsoft technologies are a plus.
