Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Redwood Techno-Functional Consultant/Lead to drive Oracle Fusion Cloud Redwood transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Oracle Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), VBCS, Redwood Extensions, Oracle Fusion SaaS Extensibility, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) along with strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, or CX business processes.
The role requires ownership of solution design, Redwood adoption strategy, UX modernization, custom extensions, stakeholder engagement, and technical governance across Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion Redwood modernization and migration initiatives.
Design enterprise-wide Redwood UX strategy and adoption roadmap.
Architect Redwood-based extensions using VBS/VBCS.
Customize Oracle Fusion Redwood pages while ensuring Oracle-supported and upgrade-safe solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to transform existing processes into modern Redwood user experiences.
Build reusable Redwood components, templates, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
Design and review integrations using OIC, REST, SOAP, ATP, and ORDS services.
Define technical standards for Fusion SaaS extensibility and customization.
Conduct impact analysis for Oracle quarterly updates and Redwood releases.
Review architecture, code quality, performance, and security compliance.
Mentor development teams and provide solution leadership for large-scale Fusion programs.
