🎯 Role: Sr. Counsellor / Associate Manager – Online Degree
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Employment: Full-time | On-site

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective learners and parents on Online Degree programs such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B.Com and other higher-education programs.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career goals.
• Handle inbound enquiries, leads, walk-ins and follow-ups effectively.
• Explain course structure, eligibility, fee structure, admission process and career outcomes.
• Drive admissions and enrollment targets through effective counselling and conversion techniques.
• Maintain accurate lead and counselling records using CRM and digital tools.
• Coordinate with academic, operations and support teams to ensure a smooth learner journey.
• Address learner concerns and contribute to improving the overall admission and learner experience.
• Track daily performance, conversion metrics and follow-up pipelines.
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in sales / admissions counselling / EdTech / higher education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong learner-centric counselling and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience in lead management and conversion.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Online Degree / EdTech / Higher Education will be highly preferred.
