About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Procedure Writing Coordinator.
In this role, you will:
Interact with assigned technical writer to identify and review wide range of information to include the list of requests in the functional request site
Draft, edit, and format basic to moderately complex manuals, projects, and other process documentation; draft and edit basic web content; edit and reformat copy and ensure documentation is in compliance with corporate standards
Support and assure functional request forms have the necessary information from the content manager
Fill out functional forms with dates and update status as needed
Perform moderately complex transcriptions text needed and apply the requested properties for the content item in appropriate system; review the content items and apply changes to ensure that they are consistent with guidelines
Communicate feedback, in writing, to content managers for any edits; provide updates to content managers concerning the status of their request via email
Improve processes and standards on a continued basis
Research and translate technical information for technical and non-technical users
Follow established guidelines for organization and design of work
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of procedure writing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in creating and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Strong understanding of RFP development, content coordination, and submission processes

RFP Document Preparation
To support the domestic Proposal Manager, the global team will build the initial document, format to the standards required to input, and gather output from Qvidian (Wells Fargo content database – Data points include information on Treasury Management Products and Services, General Bank Information, Management Structure). This includes the initial document creation, formatting and input. It is highly unlikely that Customer Confidential information would be presented or available to the Philippines Team.
RFP Production Preparation
Once the domestic Proposal Manager completes the RFP response, it will be passed back to the global resource for attachment consolidation (a list of documents provided by the domestic RFP Specialist), final formatting, and client delivery preparation.
Additional RFP project support
Consolidation of legal agreements/service descriptions.
Content movement and formatting from Excel to Word and Word to Excel.
Content management support
Initial prep of content documents to apply styles and formatting.
Loading of final content Q&A pairs into Qvidian database.
High quality deliverables
• Create deliverables that meet Proposal Center standards
• Proficiently use tools and resources including but not limited to: Qvidian, Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint, shared drive, TM Learning Guides.
• Serve as proofreader and track quality assurance; deliver completed work according to task requirements and customer specifications
Effective partnerships and teamwork
• Proactively communicate with domestic Proposal Managers to gain understanding, build knowledge, and increase expertise.
• Be accountable and deliver on commitments
