Dy Manager - HR

Strategic HR Business Partnering:
o Partner with the Plant Head to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the plant's business objectives and overall company goals.
o Act as a strategic advisor on all HR-related matters.
o Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and
retention.
HR Operations & Administration:
o Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, employee records, and statutory compliances.
o Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including the Factories Act,
Industrial Disputes Act, and other relevant legislation.
o Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Qualification:
 Master's Degree in Human Resources Management (MBA-HR) from a reputed institution.
 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
 5 -7 years of progressive experience in HR roles in a manufacturing environment.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
