Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total experience 6+ years
Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe with Natural-Adabas development and JCL
Strong experience in Natural and Adabas technologies
Ability to engage effectively with customers and business stakeholders
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and business requirements
Ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of application development and technical solution design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and business team.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain, and support applications using Natural-Adabas technologies
Engage with customers to understand business needs, technical requirements, and application challenges
Gather and analyze both technical and business requirements
Translate business and technical requirements into effective technical solution
Participate in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders
Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement and optimizatio
Design, develop, test, implement, and support Natural-Adabas solution
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions within defined timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solution
Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design and implementation
Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
