Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services division in Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Creating and driving the implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team and ensureing that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
Driving consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS).
Ensuring customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.
Driving, implementing, reporting and monitoring performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
Running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
Implementing agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction and driving continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Automation Engineer
8 yrs + experience in Service Business Management for Electrical Systems industry in Mexico
Customer Service and Contract Management / Install Base Management
Proven Team Leadership experience
Project Management experience in Large projects (3M USD or higher) for Minning, Oil & Gas Utilities, Food & Beverage, or Building/Infrastructure industries
Advance English required
