In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the deployment and design of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires guiding teams to integrate responsible AI principles into projects, facilitating collaboration across various departments, and championing the adoption of AI technologies that align with organizational values and societal expectations. The role demands continuous engagement with evolving AI ethics frameworks and ensuring that AI initiatives contribute positively and responsibly to business objectives and community impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Lead efforts to integrate ethical guidelines into AI development processes.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote responsible AI practices.
Monitor and evaluate AI systems to ensure ongoing compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge on responsible AI methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
Experience with cloud-based AI service deployment and management.
Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance.
Ability to design scalable and responsible AI solutions within enterprise environments.
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration tools and practices to support team integration.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
