Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kalyan. The Sales Manager will oversee the acquisition and management of customers seeking home loans, loans against property, and other housing finance products. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers, and managing a sales team to ensure consistent performance. The role involves generating leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end loan process. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, provide feedback on competitive offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in housing finance, banking, or NBFC sectors.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, track performance metrics, and implement sales strategies.
Good knowledge of home loan, loan against property, and related financial products, including basic credit and risk concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
Comfort with on-site field work in Kalyan, including visiting customers, partners, and project locations.
Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance requirements.
