What you'll achieve:
As a Principal Consultant in Consulting, you'll serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in industry and technology transformation. You'll lead discovery, architecture and roadmaps, and quantify value realization for executives. Your insights will de-risk investments and accelerate outcomes. You'll be responsible for implementing and consulting on the largest and most strategic AI businesses and Cloud Service Providers globally.

Essential Requirements:
Expert knowledge of cloud/data architecture and enterprise integration
Ability to translate complex signals into clear recommendations
Strong facilitation and influence skills with senior stakeholders
Experience synthesizing cross-industry or multi-cloud landscapes
Desirable Requirements:
Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years and a Master's degree; or 8+ years and a PhD; or equivalent experience
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, MEng) and architect-level certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF) strongly desired
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $197,200 - $255,200.
